Jay D. Stallsmith, CPA, CFP
Partner
Jay has been with Lohrey & Associates PLLC since 1996. After graduation, he spent three and one-half years with Ernst & Young, LLP serving primarily SEC audit clients. He works primarily with closely held entities and their related individuals’ tax planning and compliance needs. He has served a variety of industries with an emphasis in real estate and energy industry clients.

Lisa Neely Martinez, CPA, CITP
Partner
Lisa has been with Lohrey & Associates PLLC since 1997. She works primarily with small businesses and individuals in areas of tax compliance, tax planning, and business planning. Her area of expertise is in oil and gas taxation and real estate taxation (commercial and residential). Lisa also works with physicians, attorneys, engineers, and other professionals.
Lisa enjoys working with small businesses to create a relationship as a trusted advisor to help them achieve their goals and be successful.
Lisa is a past president of the Desk & Derrick Oil Club of Tulsa and past president of the Oklahoma Federation of Business Women. She has been the Treasurer of the Boy Scouts of America Troop 977 where her son is currently a Life Scout working on his Eagle Scout.

Tax Manager
Mou has been with Lohrey & Associates PLLC since 2013. After graduation and prior to joining Lohrey & Associates, she spent ten years with a big four accounting firm. Her areas of interest include income taxation of individuals, closely held businesses, trust and estates, gift tax, and estate tax.

Senior Staff Accountant
Andy has been with Lohrey & Associates PLLC since 2016. Prior to joining Lohrey & Associates, he practiced accounting for seven years for firms in Nashville, TN, and Tulsa, OK. He enjoys playing guitar and spending time with his family in his free time.
